Anthony Wilkins, PE

Anthony has over 35 years of experience in municipal civil engineering. He has guided projects from early planning through construction, and his background spans site development, utilities, roadway systems, and various public infrastructures. Anthony provides integrity and experience to ensure projects move efficiently and responsibly.

Carl Cannizzaro, PE

With more than 50 years of consulting and municipal engineering experience, Carl serves as our most senior partner. His expertise includes commercial and residential infrastructure, utilities, and large-scale public works. Carl's oversight and mentorship ensure regulatory compliance and sound technical execution.

Kurt Wilkins, EI

Kurt has 6 years of project management experience. He works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep projects on track, and his experience is in asset management, site development, roadway systems, utilities, and in consulting engineering. Over his career he has helped many clients reach their goals.

Max Wilkins, EE

Max received his B.S. in electrical engineering in 2023 and brings 3 years of experience across both electrical and civil disciplines. He has experience in design, advanced computer modeling, low voltage, and SCADA and field work. With a strong technical background and hands-on approach, Max links planning, design support, and construction realities.

John Wilkins, EE

John brings 50 years of experience in electrical engineering. His background is in large-scale facilities management, mission-critical electrical infrastructure, and teaching in higher education. His roles range from project engineering to managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering OSHA-authorized training.
